Refund policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging (including the shoe box)
  • Item must be free of dirt, damage, or signs of wear
  • Any included accessories or gifts must be returned

Shoes that have been worn outdoors are not eligible for return


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used items
  • Sale or discounted items (optional – adjust based on your policy)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: for returns due to change of mind
  • Seller responsibility: for defective or incorrect items

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
